Opus Ceramic Tipped Gauge Blocks are manufactured to the tolerances of EN ISO:3650:1998.

The body of the gauge block is made from high quality stabilised steel, the tips are made from an exceptionally pure grade of Zirconia ceramic material.

• Each gauge block has clamping holes towards both ends so that Opus toggle clamps can be used to achieve combined lengths safely
• Ceramic tips and steel body combines the mechanical and thermal characteristics of steel with the longevity and wear characteristics of ceramic
• All gauges certified in our own UKAS Accredited Calibration Laboratory with a best uncertainty of measurement of ±0.2 +(1 x L) µm where L is the length of the gauge block in metres.
• Available in sets or as standard size individuals up to 500mm.
• Manufactured to EN ISO:3650:1998 available in Grades 0,1 and 2
• Standard set composition ML8 comprises 125, 150, 175, 200, 250, 300, 400 & 500 mm
• Gauges are easily and securely combined using Opus Toggle Clamps
