Laser Marking

Laser marking provides the best form of permanent identification for a very wide range of materials, products and applications

Benefits

  • Quick and cost effective
  • Provides cleaner crisper and permanent more precise image compared to printing or chemical etching, especially on small surfaces

Capabilities

  • Marking area 115 x 115mm in one session
  • Depth can be (material dependant) as deep or as shallow as required
  • Logos or symbols can be included
  • Unique identification can be provided with sequetial serial numbers

Aplications include

  • Permanent marks to provide lifetime traceability, e.g. gauge blocks
  • Very small but legible marking, e.g. electronic components or on limited surfaces
  • Marks on curved surfaces e.g. shafts or spheres
  • Marks in recesses or down blind holes

Tamper Evident Labels
These are a convenient alternatives to permanently marking the component, the label can not be removed without being destroyed.  Can be marked with sequential numbers and bar codes etc.
