Back to ProductsOpus Toolmakers Flats are made to BS 869 from a very pure high quality steel upset blanks.
A toolmakers flat is a small precision reference surface which are ideal for use in inspection and production areas.
Each flat is heat treated to give a working surface of 850 Hv then stabilised.
The working surface of the flat is precision lapped to the high grade of accuracy required by the specification for flatness and finish.
Available in 4 sizes and are supplied in high quality cases complete with a UKAS calibration certificate.
